About Me
Hi, I'm Sara. I trained as an environmental scientist to work in nature conservation, whilst holding an awareness that there’s more going on than can be proven by science alone, and that we have far greater capabilities than we can know.
I learned to dowse as a teenager, picked it up straight away and became fascinated by this ancient art that enabled me to detect the subtle energies that we can’t see.
Whilst dowsing and geomancy may be considered ‘alternative’ to many, my belief is that these techniques came very naturally to our ancestors as a kind of sixth sense used for survival, but were forgotten by popular culture through industrialisation.
I am proud to be playing my part in keeping these ancient skills alive, and feel privileged to be able to combine my passion, skills and experience to help people to discover a feeling of joy and oneness when they reconnect with the natural world.
My mission is to reconnect people with the natural world,
and through this connection, to support the conservation of biodiversity as people realise how important it is to live in harmony with nature.
My work supports you in enjoying a Vibrant Earth and feeling connected with nature.
Throughout my career, I've been dedicated to working in harmony and collaboration with nature and her energies.
From nature conservation to supporting environmental groups, to therapeutic horticulture. From mindfulness, geomancy, dowsing and healing to forest bathing, it's always been about connecting people with the living Earth for mutual benefit.
By healing land trauma and stress, we can live in harmony with nature, which in turn nurtures our own health and well-being.
If you're feeling like something is 'off' in your home or business and you can't quite put your finger on it...or you simply feel unanchored and in need of a reset, I'd love to invite you to put nature's healing to work for you.
A little from behind the scenes...
I’ve sailed the seas, travelled and worked in distant places, with people, parrots, and iguanas, amongst islands, woodlands and rivers – and, having raised a family and watched them fledge, I love living a more grounded life in Dorset. Home is in Purbeck on the Jurassic coast, an area of rich biodiversity, surrounded by heathland and the sea.
Like many people, my journey has taken interesting twists and turns, and I’ve harvested many of the richly coloured threads into a life tapestry which has meaning, authenticity and a warm, hope-filled heart at its core.
Naturally curious, I love learning about new things, love and value my family and friends, and feeling part of a community. I enjoy co-creating, making food to share, poetry, music, visiting ancient stones, beachcombing, connecting with like-minded people and developing ideas with others.
Nature is my go-to place for inspiration, comfort, de-stressing, gaining perspective and deep connection. Yoga, meditation and a deep spiritual sense are also fundamental for well-being.

" Words can’t describe just how wonderful and magical my Forest Bathing experience was today. Sara was fantastic and guided our lovely group through a multitude of sensory explorations in the beautiful setting of The Blue Pool. Each bought an incredible sense of grounding and calm. I walked away full of gratitude and much lighter, it was exactly what I needed"
